Barre classes are taught by Stephanie Getman Gronholz, who is certified in Barre Above and Balletone, and has completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training. No prior experience is required, and the workout can be modified for every BODY. We don’t take ourselves too seriously here — we just work up a sweat to a fun playlist and enjoy the movement!
